iLuna - Lunar Calendar for iPhone and iPod touch

iLuna allows you to easily find out the Lunar Phase, the Moon's position in the Zodiac, and a Void-of-Course Period for any day; as well as explaining what all these mean.

You can navigate through the information in various ways - say, phase by phase, day by day or month by month - whichever is more convenient for you.

Phases show you the energy of the day, Signs - the mood of the day, while the Void-of-Course periods might tell you when it is better not to do certain things.

Note: To calculate the times, iLuna uses the time zone of the device on which it runs, so if your iPhone or iPod touch shows current time correctly, iLuna's information is precise too.

If you click on the badge below, your iTunes should open displaying iLuna.

For more details on what you can do with iLuna please have a look at the screen shots and comments below.

If you still have a question, or if you wish to provide feedback, please write to the Author.

First of all, if you are unsure what all those phases, signs and other terms mean, iLuna will be happy to provide an explanation - just tap an i button next to the piece of information that interests you.

iLuna might even give you advice regarding health, or gardening, or some other aspects of everyday life.

While still in the Now view, the default view of iLuna, you can use Previous and Next buttons to go back and forward in time.

This way you can easily find out, for example, when there will be Void-of-Course periods in the next week, what was the previous Phase or when the Moon will enter into your favourite Sign of the Zodiac.

As soon as you have found what you were looking for and want to return into the current moment of time, simply press the Now button.

Day view allows you to quickly and easily see what happens within one specific day. As usual, you can navigate back and forth in time and ask iLuna to explain one detail or another.

The Month view shows everything that happens within one month in a very concise way.

While some users will find this view very convenient and informative, others might be puzzled by the cryptic symbols and colour codes.

However you can always tap on the day that interests you, and that day will be shown in the Day view, with all the details nicely described. After a while, symbols used in the Month view will become familiar to you.
